VynueSync provides event staffing, scheduling, communications, time entry, and payroll record tools for organizations and their workers. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, phone number, and user ID.
- Employment and scheduling information, including roles, events, shifts, availability, time entries, pay rates, and earnings records.
- Content you provide through the service, including messages, announcements, notes, and support requests.
- Device information needed to deliver notifications, such as a push-notification device token.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
VynueSync does not sell personal information or use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, connect workers with their organizations, schedule and staff events, calculate time and payroll records, send operational messages and notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.
How information is shared
Information is shared with the organization that manages your VynueSync workspace and with service providers that help operate the app, including cloud hosting, authentication, email, notifications, and event-information providers. These providers may process data only as needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.
Data retention and account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from the Profile or account menu inside the app. Deletion removes your login and personal identifiers. Staffing, time, and payroll records that an organization is legally required to retain may be preserved in anonymized form. You may also contact support for help with a deletion request.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, control notification permissions in device settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Workspace administrators can also help correct employment and scheduling records.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. VynueSync is intended for workforce operations and is not directed to children under 13.
